Is ASKBENY service free or paid?

ASKBENY offer trial access to first-time users. After exhausting the credits balance on your trial account, you must subscribe to any of the membership plans or use the prepaid to buy credits to be able to access the features of the platform.

Also, the trial account has a restriction on accessibility to some of the features on the platform.

Are all ASKBENY results accurate, and can I trust all ASKBENY responses?

ASKBENY responses are about 99% accurate. For better results, users are encouraged to feed the system with adequate questions or prompts and be more elaborate. Because ASKBENY can not assure users of 100% accuracy in the results provided, it is advised for users to verify the answers provided by our research assistants.

Can I see my history of ASKBENY?

Yes, on ASKBENY Pro, you can now view and continue your past conversations.

On the current mobile application, you must go to the research center, and from the right top corner, click on the three vertical dots, and select history to gain access to all past conversations.
